These pictures were taken about an hour ago. They are kind of muddy from the creek. This is quite a way to start out the spring with these awesome babies.

3rd Windy Creek QH baby in '09
On Wednesday night, the 22nd, Drifter had an awesome little stud colt. This is the first time that she didn't have a sorrel or chestnut. We are anxious to see if this baby will roan out or not, it looks like it could. These pictures were taken last night, (4-23).
2nd baby born at Windy Creek QH in '09
On Sunday April 19th "Pretty Girl" had a beautiful buckskin stud colt. He is really looking good. We went out on Sunday with our regular 35mm camera but last night (4-23) I went and got some on a digital camera so I could get some on the blog faster. It was sunset so they are kind of grainy. When I went out this afternoon to check on them I was able to get some more.

1st baby born at Windy Creek in '09
On Thursday April 9th, Royal had a stud colt. By his color right now it looks like he might be going to roan out. We have a couple more mares getting a little closer so be sure to check back.
