Windy Creek Mare "SRB Country Drifter"

SRB Country Drifter-"Drifter" is one of the original mares here at Windy Creek. She is a nice mare who consistently gives us nice foals. Drifter is a full sister to our mare SRB Royal Drifter.We are anxious to see what Drifter will be having in a few months! Be sure to continue to check back!

Happy New Year

This is just a refresher of the 3 Two year olds that are for sale from Windy Creek QH. The pictures are from all different times but just to show who they are. It is going to take some getting used to moving them all up a year. Our weanlings are now yearlings and our yearlings are now two year olds! The weather has not been the best to keep up on pictures, sorry. My brother and his kids have been braving our Iowa winter though and have started to work with our two year olds. It sounds like things are going pretty good. They are the yearlings from last years posts. The red roan stallion and the dun stallion and then the gray quarter horse/mustang filly. We hope to get some horses moved around before long so we can prepare for the new crop coming in just a few months.

Some may be repeats but he is pretty easy to look at again.

2008 Bay Roan Stallion

This is our bay roan out of Shaq and our mare SRB Jazzy Lady. His full brother is the dun stallion from 2007. This tough guy was born the last half of May this year and has turned heads ever since. The camera loves him! The registration application has been sent off so before long he will officially be registered. He was awesome looking when we didn't know what color he was going to turn out to be and then by the end of summer he had roaned out!

Dandy was born on April 23, 2008. He is a red dun stallion out of our stud Watch Joe Shaq and our mare SRB Royal Drifter (She is the dam to the red roan filly from last year). He is such a sweetheart! Dandy is friends with everyone, he likes being around people. His registration application is going in the mail today. If you would be interested in bringing Dandy into your horse family let us know:)
